Sara Ali Khan upsets Shah Rukh Khan fans by calling him ‘Uncle’
Recently during Filmfare award shows, Shah Rukh Khan performed among the newcomer female actors of Bollywood, introducing them to the audience. Sara Ali Khan who was also present at the award show has upset the superstar’s fans by calling him uncle.
Shah Rukh is double the age of Sara and it seems as though there is nothing wrong with the way she addresses him but the incident triggered a debate on Twitter.
One of the netizens, who commented in support of Sara, triggered more to chime in on the matter. Take a look:
Some fans did come to the young actor’s defense and said what she said is not wrong while others said it was disrespectful, while some suggested, “sir” would have been a more appropriate word.
On work front Sara just finished shooting for her Delhi schedule for the upcoming film, ‘Aaj Kal’ that features Kartik Aaryan as male lead.
