BJP needs to look into mirror: Congress
Chhattisgarh Congress on Thursday hit back at the ‘mirror’ jibe of former Chief Minister Raman Singh, leader of Opposition, Dharamlal Kaushik and OP Choudhary, stating that it is the BJP which needs to see the mirror.
Chhattisgarh Congress Committee spokesperson Sushil Anand Shukla stated that before advising other to see the mirror, former CM Raman Singh should ponder over his image in the mirror.
“In the mirror Raman Singh will see glimpses of wrong-governance, corruption and broken promises. He will certainly find Civil Supplies, Antagarh, DSK, Augusta Westland chopper purchase and chit fund scams in the mirror,” Shukla said, while adding he (Raman Singh) will also find Jheeram Ghati massacre in the mirror.
Shukla also took a dig at IAS-turned politician OP Choudhary for sending a mirror to the Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel.
“If OP Choudhary is brave enough to see mirror then he could find the stains of DMF scam. Even court has directed to continue the probe into the scam,” Shukla said.
“Mirror never lies and the path of Congress is that of truth. People who are facing the charges of fraud and lies should not show mirror to others,” he added.
