Did Deepika Padukone just give a hint about Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding?

In a recent interview, some of the biggest names of the film industry, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Manoj Bajpayee, Ayushmann Khurrana, Vijay Sethupathi, Vijay Devarakonda and Parvathy Thiruvothu, came together to talk about the impact of social media on their careers, biggest risks they have taken and what they love most about each other’s craft!

After speaking about an array of things, Vijay spoke about his crush for Deepika and Alia. The Arjun Reddy star pointed at Deepika and said that she got married. And, before Vijay could utter another word, Deepika interrupted him and pointed at Alia while saying that now she (Alia) is getting married. Alia interrupted and said, “Excuse me!” And, she asked Deepika, “Why have you made this declaration?” To which Deepika replies, “I made that up, I wanted to see Vijay’s reaction.” After this, Alia was seen biting her nails as Vijay continued to talk about their acting process. Indeed, she looked a bit shaken after hearing what Deepika just said.

In an interview with Anupama Chopra, the actors were also asked about the one Indian cinema person they would want to seek advice from on their process, craft, acting, and fame. To which, Manoj said Naseeruddin Shah is the best actor in his view. Vijay Sethupati said that he takes inspiration from Shivaji Ganesan and Kamal Hassan.

After this Vijay Devarakonda said that every actor on the panel is his inspiration and that’s also when the whole Deepika-Alia-Ranbir.conversation took place. Answering the same question, Deepika said that she takes inspiration from everyone and everywhere and not any one particular person. Ranveer said that Amitabh Bachchan is his inspiration.

For those unaware, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are unapologetically in love and they are currently working together as co-stars in Brahmastra. Also in 2018, Alia had alluded to Deepika’s wedding during their appearance on Koffee with Karan.
