Sara Ali Khan opens up about Taimur’s popularity, says, ‘he walks out of the house and it makes the news’

It won’t be wrong to say that Sara Ali Khan, who stepped foot in the industry last month with Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath, leaves no chance to gush over her baby brother Taimur Ali Khan. Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s little munchkin is undoubtedly one of the most popular star kids in the tinsel town and Sara feels that he is the newsmaker of their family.

Recently, during an interaction with Filmfare, Sara was asked if Taimur is the biggest star of the family. Replying to the same the actress said, “Yes, hands down. He walks out of the house and it makes the news. While we have to work hard for it.”

Previously, during the promotions of her debut film, Sara revealed the cutest thing which Taimur does when he sees her. She said, “You know he says gol. So he says amma to Kareena (Kapoor Khan), he says abba to my father (Saif Ali Kha), he says bhai to my brother (Ibrahim Ali Khan) and then he says gol.”

On the professional front, Sara’s first film, Kedarnath, got her a lot of praise. The movie was woven around the 2013 Uttrakhand floods and also starred Sushant Singh Rajput. She was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s Simmba alongside Ranveer Singh. The movie has been ruling at the box office and has given Sara an entry pass into the Rs 200 club.

While the diva has not announced her next project yet, reports have suggested that she has been roped in to play the lead role in Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2 alongside Kartik Aaryan. A recent DNA report has stated that Saif will play Sara’s father in the upcoming release.
