This week on Bigg Boss 13: Asim picks a nasty fight with Shefali Jariwala; Sidharth stops talking to Shehnaaz
This week on Bigg Boss 13 was all about deceit and nasty verbal spats. And as usual, as it may sound, the housemates failed to perform the tasks sportingly. As a result, they were unable to elect the next captain. Read on to know how the week unfolded.
The week began on a rather pleasant note until the captaincy task. Sidharth Shukla showcased his wit and even shared light-hearted conversations with Rashami Desai, one of his co-contestants with who he has had the ugliest of fights in the house. However, when the atmosphere inside the house appeared to get better, Asim, who was made the moderator (‘sanchalak’), refused to admit that Vishal Aditya Singh had broken the rules. And Asim’s attitude irked Sidharth Shukla so much, that he lost his temper once again. The fight between them intensified so much that Bigg Boss had to step in to restore sanity. But the situation got uglier when Hina Khan entered the house to choose the next member of the BB Elite club.
Sidharth and Asim visited the confession room to speak to Bigg Boss who asked them to keep calm. Meanwhile, Arti Singh, who ate 20 raw green chillies to secure a place in the Elite club was denied membership by Hina Khan who felt that Rashami Desai also deserved a chance. For the unversed, Rashami applied Heena to her face and made three horizontal lines on her head with a trimmer while Arti cut her hair short apart from having chillies.
Another highlight of the week is that Sidharth Shukla severed all ties with Shehnaaz Gill after she continued to do things that irked him. He categorically asked her not to get influenced by the opponents, but she chose to do things as per her whims and fancies. Sidharth decided to put an end to the recurring fights between him and Shehnaaz by avoiding conversations with her. And after Sidharth stopped talking to her, Shehnaaz teamed up with Rashami, Asim and Vishal.
Subsequently, Asim and Sidharth were denied a chance to take part in the captaincy task by Bigg Boss because of their repeated fights. During the game, Shehnaaz sided with Asim’s camp and proved Mahira, Paras and Sidharth right that she isn’t trustworthy. After getting disqualified from the task, Vishal, who became the sanchalak by default, misused his powers to favour his friends. And he got punished by Bigg Boss for openly lying and cheating. Thus, Vishal lost all the chances to win immunity.
Later, when Bigg Boss asked the housemates to name two people who they think are responsible for calling off tasks, all hell broke loose once again. And in the end, Bigg Boss intervened to conduct the job himself.
Finally, after much debate and discussion, Paras and Vishal got punished for aborting maximum tasks.
Meanwhile, during the heated debate and discussion, Asim picked a fight with Shefali Jariwala, with whom he once shared a close bond. And followers of the show would know that he was friendly with her only as long as Himanshi Khurana was a part of the show. But this was not the end of the drama. Arti Singh broke down after learning that she was being referred to as Sidharth’s “fixed deposit”. On the one hand, Arti got emotionally charged for being called someone’s fixed deposit, and on the other Sidharth fumed with rage after knowing that people (Asim and Shehnaaz) who he loved the most have backstabbed him.
