Mohan Yadav Reaffirms Commitment to Law Enforcement Agencies

In the midst of media speculations over the role of the state police in the discovery of a huge cache of Mephedrone from suburban Bhopal on Sunday evening, chief minister Mohan Yadav took to X (Twitter) to clarify the stand of his government.
Soon after media outlets sparked speculations that the raid party—comprising Gujarat Anti Terrorism Squad and Narcotics Control Bureau officers from Delhi—may not have taken the state apparatus into confidence while planning the raids, the chief minister took to his X handle and put the controversy to rest by affirming the state’s continuing commitment to law enforcement agencies.
Yadav also thanked Gujarat Minister Harsh Sanghvi for his letter thanking the chief minister for the cooperation lent to the raid party in the state.
The chief minister said that his government has zero tolerance for illegal activities and reaffirmed his commitment for cooperation to central agencies and state governments.
