Amit Shah says only PM Modi can give befitting reply to Pakistan

Bhopal: BJP President Amit Shah on Saturday launched a nationwide bike rally, named Vijay Sankalpa, and addressed a rally in Madhya Pradesh’s Umaria during
his one-day visit to the state. While addressing the gathering, Amit Shah called Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the only person capable of giving a
befitting reply to Pakistan and slammed the opposition questioning the air strikes carried out by the Indian Air Force on February 26 in the aftermath of
the dastardly Pulwama attack.
On the politicisation of the air strikes accusation of the Opposition, Shah said that elections are not the priority of the BJP but the security of the
nation is. Praising the efforts of PM Modi, Shah termed the return of Wing Commander Abhinandan, who was captured by the Pakistani forces after his Mig 21
Bison crashed in PoK, as “diplomatic victory” brought by the BJP.
“Today Pakistan has been isolated internationally, nobody is ready to support it. This kind of diplomatic victory was brought by BJP’s Narendra Modi
government,” Shah was quoted by ANI as saying.
Taking potshot on Congress President Rahul Gandhi, Shah asked if the Congress scion has the “Jazba (fervor)” to respond the way PM Modi did after the
Pulwama attack. “Rahul Baba, antankwadiyon ko jawaab dene ka jazba tha aap mein? Pakistan ko muh tod jawaab dene ki shamta nahi thi aur aap sawaal utha rahe
hain (Rahul Baba, do you have the fervor to respond to the terrorists? You don’t have what it takes to give befitting reply to Pakistan and that’s why you
are questioning it?)”
Hailing the ruling BJP government for its international diplomacy, Amit Shah asked a series of rhetorical questions to praise the Modi government. “Desh ke
arthtantra ko gati kaun de sakta hai? Desh ko mahasatta kaun bana sakta hai? Desh ki suraksha kaun sunishchit kar sakta hai? Pakistan ko muh-tod jawaab kaun
de sakta hai? Iss sab ka jawaab Narendra Modi ji ke naam mein aata hai,” Shah was quoted by ANI as saying.
