Culture Minister Laxmikant Sharma inaugurates ‘Shiv-roop’ exhibition

Bhopal: Culture Minister Shri Laxmikant Sharma inaugurated ‘Shiv-roop’ exhibition at Swaraj art gallery here this afternoon. The exhibition is displaying photographs of Lord Shiva’s temples and images found in the country. Famous singer Shri Kailash Kher was also present on the occasion. He has come to perform at Bhojpur Utsav. Shri Kher described the exhibition as interesting.
The exhibition has been organised on Mahashivratri by the Directorate of Culture as part of Bhojpur Utsav. About 60 photographs have been displayed at the exhibition. The Culture Minister evinced keen interest in the photographs and lauded them.
Famous artist Shri Laxminarayan Bhavsar and theatre person Shri K.G. Trivedi were present on the occasion. The exhibition has been arranged by Shri Vijay Rohatgi and Shri Ashish Shrivastava. It is noteworthy that a similar exhibition has also been put up on the premises of Bhojpur temple under Bhojpur Utsav. The exhibition at Swaraj art gallery will continue till March 12. It will remain open from 4 to 7 pm daily.
