CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan to dedicate “RERA Bhavan” on May 31
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will dedicate a new building of Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in front of Shaurya Smarak gate no. 3 at 11.00 am on May 31.
Minister for Urban Development Maya Singh and Chairman, RERA Antony De Sa will also remain present on the occasion.
It may be mentioned that Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country in which Real Estate Regulatory Authority has been formed and it has been made effective in the entire state from May 1.
The real estate sector has been made systematic, transparent and responsible under the Act keeping in view the interest of the consumers. The projects which are proposed for construction in future or were incomplete till April 30, 2017 i.e. projects which were not issued completion certificate by the Municipal Corporation will come under the ambit of Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
