Bhopal: Guest scholars from across the state have been on long agitation for the demand of their regularization by canceling the Assistant Professor Recruitment Examination conducted by the Public Service Commission in Madhya Pradesh. It has been decided to increase the salary from Rs 25 thousand to 30 thousand rupees. The order has been issued by the Additional Secretary Viran Singh, Higher Education Department on Wednesday.
Pay on the basis of the fulfillment of educational work
However, the government has increased the salary of guest scholars, apart from this, there has also been a change in the passage passed for them. Guest scholars serving government colleges in the state will now have to spend 7 hours daily in college. At the same time, all academic and non-academic work entrusted by the principal of the college and the school will have to be completed in due time, the decision of the full salary will be based on the fact that the principal should be satisfied with his work and prove that The work has been satisfactory. Apart from this, they will get salaries even during the holidays they get during the summer. Also, in the new order issued, there has been provision for regular holidays for them.
No eleven months, invites for three years
The state government will now be included in the invitation process of three years for guest scholars on the basis of per period honorarium against approved and vacant posts in the state government colleges. Please inform that, before this, the guests were given an 11-month invitation to the scholars annually. On the basis of this procedure, they did not get the salary for the summer holidays. At the moment, due to his three years of invitation in the applicable procedure, due to the entire academic year of the year, he would get salary in that period, which could not be found till now.
