LG X4 (2019) with Hi-Fi Quad DAC, MediaTek Helio P22 SoC,16-megapixel camera launched: Price, specifications

LG X4 was launched last year in South Korea and now its tweaked model has been introduced in the country with almost similar features. The key highlights of the LG X4 (2019) include 5.7-inch HD+ display, MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, Android 8.1 (Oreo) and 16-megapixel AI rear camera. The major difference between the two is the presence of Hi-Fi Quad DAC in the newly launched LG X4 (2019). The phone can withstand extreme weather conditions like high temperature, humidity, low temperature and thermal shock.

LG X4 (2019) price has been set at 297,000 won in South Korea which is roughly Rs. 18,100 in Indian currency. It comes in New Aurora Black and New Platinum Gray colour options. The sale will begin in Korea starting from April 26, 2019, via local carriers. There has been no word from the company regarding its availability in the Indian market, we might hear more details in the coming days.

LG X4 (2019) specifications and features

The LG X4 (2019) sports a 5.7-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) SoC, coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB storage. It measures 153.0 x 71.9 x 145 grams and weighs 145 grams. The biggest highlight is its Hi-Fi Quad DAC for immersive music experience.

For optics, it boasts of a 16-megapixel AI primary rear camera with PDAF, Time helper and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with an f/2.0 aperture accompanied by an LED Flash. Additionally, there is a dedicated Google-Assistant button and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Further, the LG X4 (2019) packs a 3000mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo.
