Bhopal: A disabled woman was provided with a tricycle during the district public hearing held in Bhopal on Tuesday, where Collector Priyank Mishra heard grievances raised by citizens and directed officials to ensure prompt redressal.
Officials said 207 applications were received during the weekly public hearing programme, with several grievances resolved on the spot.

Swati Jaiswal, a resident of Shiv Shakti Nagar on Chhola Road, was provided with a tricycle by the Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Department following directions issued during the hearing.
Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat Ila Tiwari and other district officials were present.
During the hearing, Priyank Mishra interacted with applicants individually and instructed officials to adopt a sensitive approach while addressing public grievances. He also directed the concerned departments to take timely action on the applications received.
