BHOPAL: The second day of the Agniveer recruitment rally saw strong participation from young candidates across parts of Madhya Pradesh.
Candidates from Guna, Narmadapuram, Ashoknagar and Pachore tehsil in Rajgarh district took part in the recruitment drive.
A total of 662 candidates were scheduled to appear, of whom 556 attended the rally. Of those, 339 candidates cleared the running test.
Candidates who qualified in the running test will next undergo physical fitness tests, document verification and medical examinations as part of the selection process.
The recruitment drive is being conducted jointly by the Bhopal district administration and the Army Recruitment Office, Bhopal, according to the release. Officials said the process has been running smoothly and has attracted significant interest from eligible candidates.
The release added that recruitment to the Indian Army is conducted through a fair and transparent process based solely on merit.
