Delegates from 12 countries, including culture ministers, senior officials and various cultural troupes, are expected to attend. Due to the movement of international representatives, extensive traffic restrictions and diversions will be in place on routes leading to the venue.

Bhopal Morning Traffic Restrictions

The most significant traffic restrictions will occur daily between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. to accommodate the arrival of delegates.

VIP routes will be established from several hotels, including the Taj Lakefront, Jehan Numa Palace, Courtyard by Marriott, Radisson, Golden Tulip and Sadar Manzil Heritage. Authorities advise motorists commuting during these peak hours to use alternative routes to minimise congestion around the convention centre.
