BHOPAL: Officials heard grievances from residents during the district’s weekly public hearing programme on Tuesday, held under the direction of Collector Priyank Mishra.
A total of 216 applications were received from citizens seeking redressal of various issues. Several grievances were resolved on the spot, while others were forwarded to the concerned departments for further action.
Officials interacted with each applicant individually, listened to their concerns and assured them of prompt action. They instructed officers present at the hearing to deal with all applications sensitively and ensure timely resolution of public complaints.
The officials also directed concerned departmental and field-level officers to take necessary action on the issues raised by applicants. Sub-divisional magistrates and other district officials were present during the hearing.
