The wedding was held at a marriage garden on CAT Road, where continuous rain caused waterlogging across the venue. Even though the area was filled with rainwater, the ceremony continued as planned.
The most special moment came when the groom carried the bride in his arms through the flooded path to the mandap. The couple then took the seven pheras and completed their wedding in the rain.
Guests also faced problems because of the waterlogged venue. Many had to walk through water to reach the mandap and dining area, while shoes and slippers were seen floating in the water. Despite the rain, family members and guests stayed at the venue and celebrated the occasion.
After the wedding, the groom again carried the bride through the flooded path to the dining area.
According to media reports, Indore has received more than normal rainfall during the first week of July. Videos and photos of the rain-soaked wedding have gone viral on social media, with many people praising the couple for completing their wedding despite the heavy rain.
