BHOPAL: Officials heard grievances from citizens during the weekly Jan Sunwai at the district collectorate on Tuesday, where 181 applications were received and several issues were resolved on the spot.
The hearing was conducted under the direction of the district collector. Additional district magistrates, the district panchayat chief executive officer and other senior officials listened to complaints and requests from residents across the district.
Officials assured applicants that their grievances would be addressed promptly and directed concerned departments and field officers to take necessary action on the applications received during the hearing.
Coolers and water coolers were also installed at the collectorate premises to provide chilled drinking water for citizens attending the Jan Sunwai.
