MP Madrasa Board issues exam application schedule for Urdu medium Classes 10 and 12

Bhopal : The Madhya Pradesh Madrasa Board has released the academic calendar and schedule for online applications for High School and Higher Secondary (Urdu medium) examinations.

According to the Board, students can submit applications either independently or through authorised study centres. Candidates applying directly will have to get their forms verified by the District Education Officer or madrasa in-charge and submit them within the prescribed timeline.

Students applying under the credit scheme must attach verified mark sheets from the concerned board. Those failing to get their documents verified will be required to pay a verification fee of Rs 1,000 through online mode or challan.

The detailed academic calendar and fee structure are available on the Board’s official website.

As per the schedule:

  • Applications without late fee can be submitted till July 31.
  • Applications with a late fee of Rs 200 will be accepted from August 1 to August 15.
  • Applications with a late fee of Rs 500 will be accepted from August 16 to August 31.
  • Applications with a late fee of Rs 1,000 will be accepted from September 1 to September 5.

The correction window will remain open till September 7, with a fee of Rs 200 per form and Rs 200 per subject. Unpaid applications can be regularised between September 6 and 7 with a late fee of Rs 1,000.

Admit cards from November 15

The annual examinations will be conducted in December as per the timetable issued by the Madhya Pradesh State Open School at designated centres, while results are expected to be declared between January and February on the Board’s website.
