Bhopal Collector Priyank Mishra heard public grievances during the district’s weekly Jan Sunwai on Tuesday, where citizens submitted 196 applications seeking redressal of various issues.
The Collector interacted with each applicant and discussed their concerns in detail. He assured citizens that their complaints would be addressed at the earliest.
During the public hearing, Mishra resolved several matters on the spot and directed the concerned departments to take prompt action on the remaining applications.
He instructed officials to adopt a sensitive approach while handling public grievances and ensure that every application is processed without unnecessary delay.
Additional District Magistrates P.C. Shakya and Prakash Nayak, Sub-Divisional Magistrates and other district officials were present during the Jan Sunwai.
