BHOPAL: The Madhya Pradesh government has opened applications for 2,548 Anganwadi posts in the Women and Child Development Department, including 781 Anganwadi Worker and 1,767 Anganwadi Helper vacancies.
Eligible women can apply online through the MP Online selection portal until July 13. The recruitment is open only to women who are residents of the village or urban ward where the vacancy is located.
The application process is entirely online. Candidates must pay an application fee of Rs 100, plus 18% GST. They can make corrections to their application forms until July 15. Offline applications will not be accepted.
Applicants for both posts must have passed Class 12. Educational certificates from other states or boards will be accepted only if they are recognised under the Madhya Pradesh Board’s equivalence list.
Candidates must be 18 to 35 years old as of Jan. 1, 2026. A Class 10 mark sheet will be required as proof of age. All supporting documents must be uploaded in PDF format.
The recruitment gives priority to local candidates. Only women living in the village or urban ward where a vacancy exists are eligible to apply for that post.
Dhar has the highest number of vacancies with 112 posts, followed by Ratlam (93), Vidisha (92), Betul (91) and Rajgarh (89).
