TT Nagar SDM Office Helps Two Residents Recover Aadhaar Records

Bhopal, May 14: The TT Nagar SDM Office helped two residents recover their Aadhaar records through administrative support and coordination with UIDAI, offering relief to beneficiaries facing difficulties due to missing identification documents.

Officials said the initiative highlighted how timely guidance and administrative assistance can help resolve complex public service issues.

In the first case, a woman had been facing problems for several years because she did not have access to her Aadhaar card. After the Covid-19 period, her important documents remained at her in-laws’ residence, while health issues further complicated the situation. She was also unaware that her Aadhaar had been generated years ago in Maharashtra.

Under the guidance of SDM Archana Sharma, the e-governance team coordinated with the Unique Identification Authority of India to trace her old Aadhaar record and provide it to her.

Officials said the woman expressed relief after receiving the document and will now be able to complete essential work and access services without difficulty.

In another case, a girl associated with the organisation Muskan Mitti Ka Ghar had been unable to appear for her Class 10 board examination for the past year because she did not have access to her Aadhaar card.

After the matter reached the TT Nagar SDM office, the e-governance team and UIDAI coordinated to trace her Aadhaar record, which had been generated in Nagpur. Officials later handed over the Aadhaar details to the student, allowing her to continue her studies and appear for board examinations.

Officials said the two cases demonstrate that awareness, proper information and administrative cooperation can help resolve even difficult issues faced by citizens.

The administration also advised residents to use only the official UIDAI platform for Aadhaar-related services and information and avoid unauthorised channels.
